Breaking Barriers Workstream

The Breaking Barriers delivery stream is designed to provide women within the Australian seafood industry development and growth opportunities at a personal level, tailored to the individual needs, career paths and ambition of participants.

We have three main programs that run annually, delivered by the facilitation and leadership experts at Affectus.

Mentoring Program

This is a free facilitated 12-month Mentor Program to help women progress their careers in the seafood industry.

Mentors and mentees are invited to participate in each Program. We match women at all stages of their careers with mentors, with our professional guidance and support along the way.

2024 Turn the Tide Mentoring Program applications are now closed. The 2025 program applications will open late 2024.
